Well, I almost can sit by myself, until a certain beagle decides to intervene. See below for more details:

0.5 Years Old!
In case you didn't hear I'm 6 months old now! It's hard to believe, but it's true! I am such a big boy now (or so mom says). Here are the top 6 things you may or may not know about me:
1. I have started school. Granted it's not big kids school, but it's school none the less. It is a lot of fun and I really like my teachers Ms Linda and Ms Teressa. They are so much fun and even stroll me by moms room so I can say hello. They love on me a lot and take really good care of me. Mom has three year olds in her class and she said they are a barrel of laughs. She even has a Luke in her class too!
2. I am working really hard at sitting up by myself and do good at propping myself up in the front but as soon as I reach for something that's to the side of me over I go.
3. I finally made the roll from back to tummy. It was unintentional (I was reaching for my new favorite squish toy), but I made it over and it wasn't that bad. However, I promptly rolled myself back over just to make sure I could still hang out on my back.
4. I love laughing and have given away a couple of tickle spots...under my neck and arms for those of you who dare to tickle me.
5. I weigh a whopping 15lbs 7 ounces and am 27.5 inches long.
6. I get to take baths in the big bathtub now. I have my tub in the big tub, but mom decided she was getting too wet during bathtime and needed a protective barrier. It works great for both of us because I can kick to my hearts content.
Other fun stuff this month: I tried Cheerios and a sippy cup for the first time and am not too sure what to think of them. I will keep trying though. I really enjoy grabbing things and then dropping them onto the floor, only to be handed them again and repeating.
Stay tuned for more updates, it's already been a busy month for our family, but we are having a blast!

Hullabaloo Caneck! Caneck!
Maroon Out! One of my A&M outfits...maybe one day I'll have my own A&M jersey when I'm their quarterback!Good Luck to the dear ole' Texas Aggies! My dad is so excited today...why you ask? Well, it's his second favorite day of the year. (The first being my birthday of course!) Aggie football kicked off today, so we all geared up and rooted for the maroon and white. I had to go to bed a little early, but the Ags did have a victory. Dad said this is one of his biggest dreams come true, getting to sit with his son on a Saturday morning and watch game day and then the Aggies play. I have to say I'm quite a fan of the Aggies. My mom and dad fell in love at Texas A&M and so in a lot of ways without that school I may not even be here! So Gig 'Em Aggies and look out Class of '29, here I come!
