Things to do when you're 1 year old

Well, I'm officially one year old now and boy are things moving and shaking! I have been keeping my mom busy, but we have a LOT of fun together. I'm really working hard at using my words, which for those inquiring minds includes "all done (sort of)", "bye bye", "baba" "didi" and of course "mama and dada". I really also like to mimick (or try anyways) what mom and dad do. After a series of painful shots, I left the doctors office for my one year check up knowing that I weigh 24 lbs and am 31 inches long. My head is in the 25-50th percentile. I'm trying really hard to get this walking thing down. I have lots of push toys, but would rather someone just walk with me wherever I go...it's so much easier that way. I have taken one step on my own, but was a man down after that. Here's some other fun things to do when you're one!

Brush your teeth. Mom's been handling this one for awhile, but now I fight for
the toothbrush so I can show her how to get them pearly white!
Feed myself ravioli...YUM! See above picture for phase 2 of dinner...bath!
Try to convince fur friends to let me out of jail...
no luck, but I'm still working on it!
Am a nice friend and let others use my hair as a balancing tool.
Drive! And a Hummer too!
Get a mohawk...what one year old wouldn't be complete without it?!

I have to say Ash, I think that second picture, he REALLY looks like you. I think I've seen that expression on your face before. Minus the food that is. :-)

LOVE the mohawk!

I got the placemat at Babies R Us, but I've also seen them at the Kid to Kid in Allen. They're only like ten bucks.

Good luck!
