Some milestones you reached in your eigth month are:
1. No more dream feed! This is bittersweet, especially for daddy. As much as we enjoy our restful nights, it was a special time for you two to have each night at 11PM. That's why we love our baby camera in your room so much, so we can watch how cute you are when you're sleeping.
2. Speaking of sleeping you are doing great taking two naps a day. Finally! I know it doesn't seem like a big deal, but it makes everyone so much happier when you have had good naps.
3. You are still a great eater and usually eat two baby food cartons at each meal. But we have discovered you really like strawberries and grapes cut up into teeny tiny little pieces. Yum!
4. You are getting really vocal and REALLY loud! I worry you are going to have a tough time in life controlling the volume of your voice, but thankfully it's in all happiness that your being so loud.
5. One of your favorite things to do is wrestle with your brothers. You actually hold your own pretty well and have mastered the hair pull.
6. You did have to get a couple of vaccinations at your check up, but your are weighing in at a whopping 28 pounds (50th percentile) and are 19 inches long (75th percentile).
7. Because of those measurements you are mostly wearing 9-12 month clothing. I've had to do a lot of laundry to keep up with my growing boy.
8. And I guess because you are growing so much you are also getting really strong. You like to stand when supported and have used those strong hand to break two necklaces. I forgive you though, I know they're fun to look at and pull on. Mom has learned to just tuck them away if holding you.
Time is flying quickly and know we are trying to soak up as much sweet baby Cade as we can. You are loved!
